Overview
EaseAccess is committed to delivering a product that meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be requested.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date will be considered for a full refund. The following conditions apply:
- Refunds are available on the initial purchase of a product only. If a refund has previously been issued for a product and the same product is subsequently repurchased, a second refund may not be granted.
- Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription prior to the renewal date. A full 12-month period is provided to make that decision.
- Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
How to Submit a Refund Request
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@easeaccess.io with the following information:
- The email address associated with your purchase
- Your order number or licence key
Once your request is received, we will verify your account details, deactivate your licence, and process the refund to your original payment method.
Processing Timeframe
Refunds are initiated promptly upon approval. As all transactions are processed through Paddle, our third-party payment provider, please allow 2–3 working days for the amount to be credited back to your account. This timeframe is subject to Paddle's processing schedule and your financial institution.
Refund Exceptions
EaseAccess reserves the right to decline a refund request in the following circumstances:
- The purchase is associated with unauthorised redistribution or illegal sharing of our software on third-party platforms.
- There is evidence of a violation of our Terms of Use or licensing agreement.
- The request falls outside the 30-day eligibility period.
These exceptions are applied at our discretion and are intended to protect the integrity of our product and community. They do not affect customers who have purchased directly and in good faith from easeaccess.io
