By accessing easeaccess.io or using EaseAccess, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. About EaseAccess
EaseAccess is a product of Zone Seven L.L.C-FZ, incorporated in Dubai, UAE. References to "EaseAccess", "we", "us", and "our" throughout these Terms refer to Zone Seven L.L.C-FZ. References to "you" and "your" refer to the individual or organisation accessing our website or using our products.
Licence Grant
Upon completing a purchase, EaseAccess grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the software on your website(s) in accordance with the plan you have selected. This licence grants you the right to use the software — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying code or intellectual property.
Your licence is issued to you individually and may not be sold, sublicensed, shared, or assigned to any other person or entity.
Software Distribution and Licence Keys
EaseAccess is a WordPress plugin distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) v2 and/or v3. The following distinction is important:
- The plugin code is released under the GPL and may be used and modified in accordance with those terms.
- Your licence key, access to software updates, and support entitlements are not governed by the GPL. These are personal service entitlements granted exclusively to the original purchaser and may not be redistributed, transferred, or shared.
EaseAccess should only ever be downloaded from easeaccess.io. Software obtained from unauthorised third-party sources will not receive updates or support, and may have been altered in ways that compromise security or functionality.
Payments
All payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our authorised third-party payment provider. EaseAccess does not store or process your payment card details directly. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Licence Suspension and Termination
EaseAccess reserves the right to suspend or terminate a licence without refund in the following circumstances:
- Unauthorised redistribution of EaseAccess software on third-party platforms
- Purchasing with intent to pirate, redistribute, or resell the software
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team
- Any conduct that constitutes a material breach of these Terms
Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of the software and remove all associated files from your systems. We encourage customers to contact us at support@easeaccess.io before taking any formal dispute action — we are committed to resolving issues fairly.
Limitation of Liability
EaseAccess is provided in good faith and with ongoing investment in quality and reliability. However, as with all software, performance may vary across different server environments, themes, and plugin configurations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- EaseAccess is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our software, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.
- Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to EaseAccess in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. EaseAccess does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any external websites.
Amendments to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email and update the effective date on this page. Your continued use of EaseAccess following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically those applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By purchasing from EaseAccess, you agree to the terms set out at easeaccess.io/refund-policy.
